RACKETBALL

Racketball is popular with many of a more advanced age as the bigger, bouncer ball means it is easier on the joints than squash, and has the advantage over tennis of being played indoors.
It is a game for all ages and is being used increasingly by younger players as an element of training for its benefits to strength, to footwork and to cardiovascular fitness.
